Despite the long list of ingredients, these delicious chicken lettuce wraps are a snap to make.  Not only is this dish low carb but it's gluten-free too!  Leftovers can be tossed with mixed greens, mandarin oranges, and sliced almonds to create a Chinese chicken salad.
