Sokol Blosser Evolution Red
This new release from Sokol Blosser in Oregon is the counterpart to their wildly popular Evolution White. And, like that wine, it's a bit of a mystery as to what grapes are in it. It's a fresh and fun red wine to enjoy year-round and in the summer with a light chill.

I really like the technique to examine the top 5 wines from all over the world. As in top 5, 4 belongs to Oregon and only 1 belongs to America. Oregon is famous for it's wines specially the red wines which is full of demand in all over the world.
